You scored as The Gentle SEME
You are the most loving, romantic, and loyal SEME but you also have a protective side that won't stop for anything. You are devoted to making your love and your friends happy but don't take it too far, being too trusting is a major flaw in your design and it is important to atleast TRY to deny the 'cute face'. You wish to be honest and only want to live happily ever after in a love-story all your own. You never say die and will do whatever it takes to help those you care for. You are, of course, best matched with the lovely and caring Optimistic UKE who will take any protection you are willing to give and who is sure to brighten your day. You would do well to stay clear of the Devilish UKE if you feel like staying alive anytime soon. Befriending the Breaker SEME would be your best bet. You aren't the kinkiest and you'd rather just kiss. The fire of love isn't meant to be destructive in your eyes - it's meant to be warm and relaxing.

The Gentle SEME

95%

The Optimistic UKE

80%

The Breaker SEME

70%

The Sorrowful UKE

45%

The Homicidal SEME

40%

The Devilish UKE

25%

It's not perfect, but it's good enough to get the idea behind the meaning of the song. As a side note, the song is in Cantonese and from the drama version of Mars. ^_^)
Never believed how perfect my world could be
Pain, loneliness, and also a bit beaten
Prohibited from finding people as one wishes
Entering my zero degree space
Would rather be lonely, too lazy to think about who
Is a kind of comfort received when two people are together?
Struggling and then forgetting everything
Never thought that one day my ending would actually all change
Who would grab my powerless pair of arms
What's the reason for crying
[Who's right, who's wrong, feeling sorry for who]
Won't cry again
[Who's right, who's wrong, distressed for who]
Entering zero degree space, waiting until everything is broken
Even love's dangers, we'll face it together
It's too late to defend, a promise never heard
How do you want me to learn, a tomorrow with more love
Exiting zero degree space, everything finally broken
Even if tired from loving, I won't regret it
Putting down all defenses, everything doesn't matter
Escaping the dark world, starting a new tomorrow
A new world.

I can't upload some of these and share unfortunately because I bought them from the iTunes store. But I found the lyrics for all of them. It was the least I could do. :) I might be able to share the ones marked with an asterisk, but I've had trouble lately since iTunes has changed the way ripped CDs are encoded. But if you want Zero, I know I can share that one. It's a really pretty and dramatic sounding song. ^_^

*gets to work on writing*

First off, the story had such potential, but they dropped the ball. Honestly though that was only a small part of their much bigger problem ... casting.

In all fairness, it is very difficult to step into a roll which someone else has <strike>created</strike> played (very well I might add), so I tried being impartial. I really did, but I just couldn't get past the fact that Maria Bello is not Evie. Absolutely not. There was zero chemistry between her and Brendan Fraser. It was just sad really, kind of like the pod people had attacked her. Then there's Luke Ford, the guy who played Alex. >.< He can't act. I'm sorry, well maybe he might be good in a different roll, but he has zero charm. Alex is supposed to have his father's charm and his mother's brain. Or did we conveniently forget that? Just like the fact that he was supposed to have a British accent, hmmm? I mean, that one scene where he was trying to charm Lin, I wasn't impressed and I melt when charmed.

The next problem was the fact that they turned the O'Connell's into a dysfunctional family. What? I'm sorry that was absolutely not believable. After the Mummy Returns why would they just let themselves drift apart like that? Also, why did they make it seem like they were addicted to adventure? As if they can't have a normal life at all? I didn't like that, it was stupid. Also the former spy thing was dumb too. While I'm picking apart the story, I'd like to say that I felt as if they focused on the action much more than the interaction of the characters, but that feeling could have been brought on by the fact that they had made them dysfunctional. Of course I do believe that they rewrote Evie's character to better fit Maria Bello. Either that or it was just because she can't pull off spacey and intelligent.

What was good about this film? Shirtless Brendan. ^_^v Yes, I have to say that it distracted me from all the horribles ... but then he put his shirt back on. Couldn't he have gone for the rest of the film like that?? -_-

To sum up: Bad writing, bad casting, Jet Li was wasted in this, and there's a shirtless Brendan Fraser scene. Not worth spending $7+ on seeing it in the theater, wait for DVD. (I saw it for free with my movie money from buying the DVDs ... yes again. I know I already own the box set, but these had more features).

I so want stills of that shirtless moment. *happy sigh*

I miss the old E3. *has a moment of silence for years past*

So far there are quite a few games I want for the 360, none for the PS3, and only one for the Wii. In fact, I would like to say 'thank you' to Nintendo for making me slightly embarrassed to be an actual gamer and owner of a Wii.

This week's Penny Arcade pretty much summed up the conferences well. Microsoft has practically got everything figured out ('hardcore otaku cinematographer hipster mom vocalist' -- I loved that). They know how to reach every demographic. They have casual non-player games that are fun and good 'social games'. (I swear that's turning into a cringe-worthy tag line for me). They also have kids games along side of the top FPSs, RPGs, and Action-Adventure games. They can appeal to everyone, which is why they have pretty much won the console war this generation.

Sony appeals to a much narrower crowd. The gaming geeks who like their FPSs and enjoy tinkering with their system. This is yet another reason why I don't own one. Not to say I'm not a geek -- I am, but I don't have any desire to hack my system and I don't like FPSs -- they make me motion sick. They have two games that are appropriate for the younger crowd. One isn't out yet -- Little Big Planet, and the other is more for young teens on up -- Ratchet and Clank. Plus, I say yet again ... no backwards compatibility with the 40gig models. *_*

As for Nintendo, they have a very small handful of games that appeal to the true gaming collective. Their stock franchises of course -- Mario, Zelda, and Metroid. As for the other games, some of them have gone so far as to completely alienate those of us who enjoy difficult and long drawn out games. Yes it's good to have games for those who don't play for more than a few minutes a day, or don't want games that can make your blood pressure go up. Trust me I've played some that I think did that to me. But the downside of focusing on bringing in that new element, is that they're losing people like me. I want my Legend of Zelda games, Pikmin, Mario, and all those great fun but engrossing games that Nintendo is known for. *sigh* Wii Music is completely pointless without the 'note following' system. I can't imagine that sitting there and just pressing buttons in a rhythmical manner without any ranking system will be fun for very long. All it does is teach you about how to keep the right beat with a song. (I learned that in band thank you). Maybe it will be fun, but it better not cost $49.99, it's not worth it. I know I'm being harsh, but I'm mad at them right now. Partly because COO Reggie was interviewed by G4tv and said that there were hard core games represented during the press conference. Wow, I feel insulted. Call of Duty and GTA for the DS. Yeah, I feel so represented here. They spent all their time on sales numbers (yes yes Nintendo we know you are number one) and four games -- Shaun White Snowboarding (which will use the balance board), Wii Sports Resort, Animal Crossing City Folk, and Wii Music. Yes they did show some quick flashes of other games, but none that weren't 'social gaming' games.

What I did like are the possibilities that the new device which attaches to the remote brings to the Wii. It's called the Motion Plus and will be bundled with Wii Sports Resort or can be bought separately (yay). I want a cool fighting game using the 1:1 ability of the Motion Plus adapter. With swords please. Of course the interview which Miyamoto-san did with Matt of Ign.com gave me hope. He all but said that the next Zelda game will be using the device. (Horray!) However, he also said that he felt it was time for a change. O.O (oh no.) The last time he said something like that we got Windwaker, which wasn't a bad game, but it wasn't Ocarina of Time either. The Wii Speak might not work as well as their saying it will, but then that might have been the point to keep cussing unintelligible. XD

Enough of me going on about the press conferences. Time to watch game clips and see which ones I'm truly interested in. Like Resident Evil 5! Yay! \^_^/

An 80gig that was the 40gig and is at the same price. @_*x I think my brain exploded. Um, Sony ... dears -- if you want people to stop buying the PS2, MAKE THE DAMN THING BACKWARDS COMPATIBLE! Yeesh, how hard is that? I realize that they're still losing around $200 a unit with the PS3, but if they want to get ahead financially with people buying and their accessories, then they need to give up on the PS2. Because honestly, I have no reason to buy one. I don't own an HD TV, so I'll get no benefit from the pretty graphics that bluray has, and I only want three games. >.>

So, Nintendo's big deal was Wii Music. Yay. -_- Sony's was to bore everyone to death. Especially after Nintendo put everyone to sleep. Although, God of War III ... Kratos has pores. That was just too cool. XD

Hmm ... E3 press conference winner would be Microsoft, for the second year in a row.

Ooo, but Naruto is so big that Sony actually added the new Naruto Ultimate game to their montage! ^_^v

Chapter 7 is coming along nicely; however, I feel like I've pulled a J.K. Rowling on this one. Hmm ... well I won't know until I read through it to finalize the story. If it does seem to come out of the blue, I'll definitely go back and change it, yet I'm not sure how to do that since everything is being told from either Heero's POV or Duo's. Well, with the exception of when I have to talk about the side characters to move the plot along, but then it's not usually too in depth as far as their thoughts go.

Going to see Hancock tonight with about 15 other people from work. We'll probably annoy everyone like we did when we all went to see Get Smart. XD

I hope the movie's good. I wasn't disappointed in Get Smart, which I thought I would be since I practically grew up watching the show on Nick at Nite, so I hope that this is good. (Especially since it's not free this time like Get Smart was).

On a completely random note (not that this post isn't random), but there was a dragonfly fluttering over my car today when I left to get me and prussianblue1x2 food. It made me happy. :) I can't wait until I get to the part in the story that explains why it's named Dragonfly. Oh, speaking of which, I have finished chapter six and am ready to move on to chapter seven, where the plot begins to unfurl. Yay! \^_^/

This is the first time I've watched the Sasuke Naruto fight since finding out why Itachi killed his clan, and I have to say that even though I despised him before, now I really really can't stand their father. All his praising and gushing over Itachi was simply because he saw him as his 'tool' to use against the Daimyou and the Hokage. That was it. He wasn't his beloved son or anything like that, just a method for him to achieve his goal of taking over Konoha. It makes me want to wring his neck. It's probably really bad of me to hope that Itachi made him suffer ....

Another thing that I find interesting is the speech which Itachi gives to the police officers about their potential. It's almost directly linked to what Sasuke ends up doing. How he becomes so focused and 'attached' to the Uchiha clan that he limits himself. That he never allows himself to grow. Funny that he gave that speech in front of Sasuke, who is apparently too dense to ever learn any of that and more than likely will die in the end of the story along with Naruto. Yay for happy endings! -_-;

If only Itachi could see Sasuke now. He'd be furious, wanting to destroy Konoha when he gave his life to save it. Honestly, I hope that at some point the boy realizes this. He probably won't though. By the way, what kind of clue is "The real one isn't with them"? It makes sense but doesn't. Thanks Jiraiya.

I'm laughing so hard right now at the new ending for Shippuuden. The song is so ... inappropriate. It's right up there with Just Communication and Rhythm Emotion. There's one line in it (that's said just as Sasuke and Naruto cross paths), that line is: 'please kiss me, please kiss me.' O.O Um ... so is the show going shounen-ai now? Not that I'd complain.
